Dear students,
Feeling stressed, burnt out, or fatigued is completely normal, and it's okay if you are experiencing any of these right now. These challenges can impact various aspects of your life, from academics to emotions and social interactions. Unfortunately, high schools often don't address these issues enough. But as a high school non-profit organization, our goal is to support you in navigating stress during your school journey.
If you're feeling burnt out, it might be because you're overthinking and being too hard on yourself. Remember, it's easier said than done, but try to take a step back. I'd like to share a quote from one of my teachers: "You probably know the answer, changing it usually means changing it from right to wrong 85% of the time." Trust that you're on the right path, and don't worry too much. If your stress stems from academic struggles, the best approach is to analyze your mistakes, seek help from your teacher, consider getting a tutor if needed, and work on correcting your errors. And if it is from workload, try using time tables or trying to get work done the day you get it.
Remember, you have the potential to excel, and these challenges you're facing are temporary. You will overcome them and achieve great things, despite how hard they may be.
